In partnership with the ISDA, we offer soil testing and analysis services to assess soil health, nutrient levels, and organic matter content, providing valuable insights for sustainable farming practices.
Our team provides conservation education materials and presentations to Adams County students, including schools in our Amish community. Our annual "Splash Day" is an exciting conservation education field day for sixth grade students.
We are proud to promote our "Land Pride" 7' wide no-till drill; CRV 30' Roller-Crimper; and an Interseeder tool, all for rent at reasonable prices. Our Land Pride drill can be modified to allow it to be pulled by tractor OR horse team. These tools assist farmers with implementing conservation farming practices.
Our semi-annual tree and fish sale is now on! Tree orders with payment are due in our office on or before April 5th; fish orders with payment are due in our office on or before April 14. PLEASE NOTE: Payments by check or money order, only. Contact our office for an order form!
We will provide participants with a cost-share payment of up to 50% of the cost of pollinator seed, or $20 per acre (whichever is least expensive). Participants must establish a pollinator habitat on the property according to NRCS standards for pollinator mixes. Standards will be provided to participants via paper copy or online link. Applications are available at our office!
